Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
How do I /create an account?
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your details. Alternatively, you can use your Shop account to sign in.
How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard and VISA.
Klarna is available for certain purchases.
Can I amend and cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to action your orders efficiently and minimise errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Your discount code(s) can be added during the checkout process, which will be automatically applied to your cart.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that your order have been received.
To ensure your security our merchant provider will undertake a number of additional security checks prior to order processing and you will ne notified by email of any issues.
However you can check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
Do you do price matching?
At this time, we do not offer a price matching service. We work hard to ensure our prices remain competitive while maintaining the quality, service, and carefully curated collection that our customers expect from Finch Home Interiors.
We regularly review our pricing and run promotions throughout the year, so be sure to sign up to our newsletter to hear about special offers and new arrivals.
Do you offer trade, volume or discount pricing?
We may be able to offer discounts for larger orders, trade customers, interior designers, property developers, or commercial projects. As every project is different, please contact us with details of your requirements and we'll be happy to discuss available options.
